ASD TA - Reading, Berkshire ASAP Start | £85-£105 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Reading is looking for a passionate ASD TA to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ASD TA who wants to make a genuine difference to children with autism, supporting their learning, confidence and independence.

The Role As an ASD TA , you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support. Help pupils access learning and classroom activities. Support behaviour, communication and development. Encourage independence and positive social interaction. Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and support staff. Help maintain a calm and inclusive learning environment. About You The ideal ASD TA will have: A caring, patient and supportive approach. Strong communication skills. A genuine passion for SEN.

The ability to adapt to individual pupils' needs. Previous school or autism experience is beneficial but not essential. What's on Offer?
