As an ASD Assistant , you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with ASD. Help students develop communication, social, and independence skills. Support students with emotional regulation and managing daily routines. Encourage engagement in learning and school activities. Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs. Build positive, trusting relationships with students. Patient, compassionate, and understanding. Confident communicating with young people. Passionate about supporting individuals with additional needs.
