SEN TA - Full-Time Roles £95-£105 per day | Reading | Monday-Friday Are you an experienced SEN TA looking for your next role in education? We're working with a range of welcoming and inclusive schools across Reading who are looking for passionate professionals to support pupils with additional needs. As an SEN TA , you'll provide tailored support to help pupils build confidence, develop independence and engage positively with their learning.

You may work with children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviour. What We're Looking For A positive, proactive and resilient attitude. A genuine passion for supporting children. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ability to adapt to different pupils and situations. A patient, caring and encouraging approach.

The Ideal Candidate The successful SEN TA will ideally have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Early Years practitioner or within an SEN support role. Experience across KS1 or KS2 is also beneficial. You'll need to be available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm , with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Why Apply?
