Heatherlands Primary School in Poole seeks a Teaching Assistant (Level
3) to support pupils within our specialist SEN provision, a whole class, or in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis.
The role is 30 hours per week, term-time (39 weeks), with a pro rata salary of £18,639–£20,076 per annum. Starting October 2026, permanent appointment.
Applicants should have English and Maths GCSE at grade C or above and be able to motivate children, foster good behaviour, and support learning across contexts.
