Bradfield College and St Andrew's Berkshire are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Swimming Instructor to support our very busy Children's Swimming Lesson Programme that takes place at weekends during the school term and some school holidays/half-terms.
The successful candidate will be required to teach swimming lessons on a regular basis at Saturdaymorningsand also assist with ad hoc cover. We follow the Swim England ASA programme teaching from Ducklings to Stage 10.
You will need a Level 1 & 2 Swimming Teachers' Certificate, and the National Rescue Award would also be desirable but not essential. You will need to be welcoming and flexible in your approach and be able to work well within a team environment.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate that they can communicate well with young children and have empathy in their approach, alongside good time keeping and organisation skills.
This is a part time role, working Saturday mornings and school holidays.
