One Ocean is seeking a creative Instructional Designer to craft engaging maritime learning experiences. You will work with Product Managers, Visual Designers, Courseware Developers and SMEs to translate requirements into effective eLearning across a global audience.
The role focuses on refurbishing legacy content into interactive journeys, following ADDIE and agile methods, with a strong emphasis on learner-centric design and quality. This is a fixed-term contract lasting 18 months.
