Control Room Operator

Overview

As a Control Room Operator, you oversee the global performance of wind turbines, monitor system alerts, assist on-site technicians, troubleshoot remotely, and provide information to customers.

• Monitor wind turbines worldwide and escalate important system alerts.
• Assist and/or supervise service activities performed by colleagues and/or third parties.
• Remotely troubleshoot alarms and warnings to restore turbine operation.
• Coordinate communication with customers, technicians, and Remote Technical Support to plan tasks and address questions.
• Maintain service-related records and capture lessons learned from incidents.
• Conduct wind turbine performance analyses and transform data into actionable insights using SCADA or similar systems.
• Represent the team in customer interactions to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Contribute to team growth through applying knowledge of work structures and efficiencies.

• Excellent English communication skills. Dutch, German, and/or Swedish languages are advantageous.
• Friendly, collaborative team player.
• Ability to bring order to tasks, solve problems, and prioritize effectively.
• Creative problem-solving with a practical, independent approach; strong IT skills.
