Position: Civil Site Supervisor/ Manager
Our client, a leader in the water sector, is currently seeking a Civil Site Supervisor/Manager to join their team on an immediate contract basis in Silchester. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for overseeing projects in the water industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and managing all on-site civil engineering activities
Ensuring that project specifications and deadlines are met
Coordinating with stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on site
Maintaining accurate records of site activities and progress
Reporting project status to senior management
Identifying and mitigating any potential issues or delays

Job Requirements:
