Our client, a leader in the water sector, is currently seeking a Civil Site Supervisor/Manager to join their team on an immediate contract basis in Silchester. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for overseeing projects in the water industry.

• Supervising and managing all on‑site civil engineering activities
• Ensuring that project specifications and deadlines are met
• Coordinating with stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on site
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities and progress
• Reporting project status to senior management
• Identifying and mitigating any potential issues or delays
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Experience in civil engineering, specifically within the water sector
• Proven track record in site supervision and management
• Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and practices
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Relevant Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
