This industry leading environmental, ground remediation team is seeking a driven Ground Remediation Engineer looking for the next step in their career. The exciting opportunity, based out of our Reading office, provides a chance to work with a well‑established and experienced team on a variety of ground remediation and soil engineering projects, developing your skillset and continued professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Soil sampling.
• Groundwater, gas and waste monitoring.
• Closely following design procedures for remediation projects.
• Liaising with clients and team members.
• Writing technical reports.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Experience in remediation, environmental consultancy, contaminated land and/or waste management industry.
• Working towards an engineering qualification (e.g., earth sciences, geology, geoscience).
• A CSCS card or SMSTS qualification.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.
• Commutable to Reading and willing to travel around the UK for work.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
