WSP is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead pre-design development and detailed design for Liveable Places and urban realm schemes from the Reading office, with hybrid working between office and home.
The role requires Chartered or near Chartered status, strong UK highways experience, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor juniors and ensure compliance with UK standards.
