Senior Project Planner

Ceto Talent is supporting a client in the search for an experienced Senior P6 Planner to join a complex programme environment, delivering planning, scheduling and earned value expertise across high-profile projects.

With just one day per week onsite
, this long-term contract offers an excellent balance between flexibility and meaningful programme responsibility.

We are keen to hear from planning professionals who can demonstrate:

• Strong Primavera P6 experience and advanced scheduling capability.
• Previous experience operating at Senior Planner level.
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience producing and maintaining integrated project schedules.
• Supply chain integration experience.
• Understanding of contract and commercial interfaces.
• Strong forecasting, reporting and analytical skills.
• Construction, infrastructure or major project experience would be highly beneficial.
• Active government clearance required for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining project and programme schedules.
• Delivering planning expertise to project teams and stakeholders.
• Producing EVM reporting, schedule forecasts and performance analysis.
• Supporting project controls and programme management activities.
• Reviewing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and planning methodologies.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Up to £59.02 per hour Umbrella
• Just 1 day per week onsite
• Strong focus on planning, project controls and EVM
• Long-term programme responsibility and stakeholder exposure
