SSE plc is seeking an FM Compliance Engineer to oversee statutory compliance across its UK and Ireland property portfolio. You will coordinate programmes for electrical, mechanical, HVAC/F-Gas, fire safety, asbestos and water hygiene, working with FM teams and contractors to ensure inspections and remedial works are completed on time.
You will apply technical expertise to broaden compliance across multiple building systems, supported by robust governance, data and reporting to drive risk
