Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Geoenvironmental Consultant in our High Wycombe or Reading office, where you will support our Water discipline by contributing to ground assessment, environmental risk assessment, reporting and site investigation work across a range of multidisciplinary projects.

As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your local team, wider Water colleagues and Early Careers cohort, developing your technical expertise within a supportive and interdisciplinary environment.

You will join our geoenvironmental team within the Water discipline, contributing to high-quality projects and applying your skills to real-world challenges. The team provides geoenvironmental expertise across water-related projects and wider infrastructure schemes, working closely with engineers, environmental specialists and other technical disciplines from early design stages through to construction.

Your work will help clients understand ground conditions, manage environmental risks and make informed decisions. You will contribute to projects involving siteworks, reporting and environmental risk assessment, with opportunities to support contaminated land, groundwater and multidisciplinary water-sector projects.

About

The Role

As part of our Water discipline, you will support geoenvironmental work across varied projects. Your core areas of development will include:

  • Supporting site investigation and ground assessment activities, including the collection and interpretation of environmental and ground condition information.
  • Assessing potential contaminants in soil and groundwater and considering their associated environmental impact.
  • Preparing technical reports, factual summaries and recommendations for clients and project teams.
  • Supporting environmental risk assessment work across water-sector and infrastructure projects.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across Water and other disciplines to support project delivery.
  • Developing your technical capability through varied project experience, mentoring and structured graduate development.
