Electrical Commissioning Engineer. Based across two sites - London & Swindon. £50,000 - £75,000 shares benefits. My innovative client are a fast-growing organisation, who are developing the capability to scale synthetic fuel production by 1,000x, following the successful deployment of the UKs largest plant. Backed by $47million in funding and with a 32 person engineering team, they have a clear purpose to help sustain life on Earth by making synthetic fuel cheaper than fossil fuels, and saving millions of tonnes of CO2, in the process.

Youll also be joining early enough to own an entire subsystem. Due to fast expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join them and play a critical role in site commissioning efforts between London and Swindon.

Allocating your time between their sites in London and Swindon and reporting into the Head of Deployment, the key responsibilities for your new role as Electrical Commissioning Engineer are as follows:
Commissioning solar arrays and RNG plant electrical systems. Responsibility for commissioning hardware to ensure safety and functionality. Supporting Senior Engineers by handling field tasks. My client is keen to find someone with a minimum of two years experience in electrical commissioning of industrial / processing equipment, specifically in gases, liquids or solids processing hardware. You will have a degree in electrical engineering or a closely related discipline, as well as PLC, HMI and SCADA commissioning experience.

Regardless of previous expertise, you will be comfortable working independently and diagnosing technical problems, without supervision. In return, my client is offering an excellent salary, ranging from £50,000 - £75,000 (salary dependent on experience). You will also benefit from share options and additional employee benefits.
