We are seeking a Principal Mining Engineer to join our Mining & Metals team based in the UK office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical delivery of projects, including risk and quality management. The candidate should have experience in mine design and development of technical documents (reports) for key clients throughout various project execution phases (pre-feasibility, feasibility, site assessment, remediation, and decommissioning/closure).

The candidate will maintain, build, and further develop client relationships as part of project delivery and business development. The candidate should have experience in managing and executing projects in diverse mining environments.

AMC cover a broad spectrum of services creating a varied and interesting array of projects to work on. Services include technical mining studies (spanning scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility), life of mine planning, Ore Reserve estimation, due diligence, cost estimation, reporting to JORC, NI 43-101 and similar industry codes.

The salary package offered for this position will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate.

• Contribute strong technical expertise across a range of projects, mining methods and environments.
