Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Multi Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to take responsibility for the maintenance of a commercial site in Reading.
This is a single-person site, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work independently and manage the day-to-day maintenance of the building.
The role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services, ensuring essential building systems operate safely, efficiently and in line with relevant health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across electrical and mechanical building services, plant and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, responding to faults, alarms and maintenance issues.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with relevant statutory requirements and health and safety standards.
