An exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a high-performing finance team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. Supporting the Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the business, working across a variety of revenue streams and collaborating with commercial teams to support decision-making.

• Preparing timely and accurate management accounts across multiple revenue channels
• Conducting profitability and margin analysis by artist, project, and sales channel
• Managing month-end processes including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
• Overseeing VAT and sales tax compliance in the UK, EU, and US
• Supporting royalty reporting and audit processes
• Collaborating with internal teams to manage inventory and support launches and tours
• Providing financial insights and analysis to drive business performance

You will be a part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong technical accounting skills and experience in management accounts. A background in a creative, SME, or fast-paced environment is advantageous. Confidence in Excel and accounting systems is essential, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
