We’re looking for an experienced Senior Tax Advisor to join our Equity and Employment Tax team across multiple locations in the UK. This role offers hands‑on experience with challenging projects from day one and a chance to shape how organisations reward, retain and engage their people globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to tackle real‑world business and people challenges.
• Deliver high‑quality employment tax advice and compliance services across a range of sectors.
• Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects that drive real value.
• Manage and grow client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and risk management.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior team members to help them reach their potential.
