Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Reading

Up to £100,000 plus car allowance + bonus

Pro-Tax are working together with an international top firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Associate Director to join their hugely successful Reading office with the view to gain Partner status. With one of the strongest brands regarding corporate tax services in the uk they are looking for a client facing adviser as well as a strong networker for the Thames Valley region to retain their excellent reputation as well as strengthen new relationships.

• Hold a portfolio of well known UK brands, mid tier and smaller entrepreneurial local businesses, proactively advising on a multitude of tax issues.
• Confidently advise on mergers and acquisitions, international tax, R&D tax, cross border, transfer pricing and more.
• Assist the Corporate Tax Manager in leading and motivating a high performing team, setting team and department targets with the Corporate Tax Senior Partner, and conducting appraisals for the Corporate Tax team.

• Experience at senior levels within corporate tax and ability to act as a trusted client adviser.
• Strong client facing skills and a proven ability to network and develop relationships in the Thames Valley and broader Southern offices.
• Ability to contribute to strategic direction, leadership, and people management within the tax team.
