Up to 160,000 plus car allowance + benefits

An ambitious and technically strong Transaction Tax Director is required to join one of the most successful deals teams in the UK, with a clear route to progress to Partner.

• The M&A tax team, within this international firm, have won a series of high profile deals and are growing significantly year on year.
• This role would suit a M&A Tax Senior Manager who is ready to step up, or an existing M&A Tax Director who wants better development prospects.
• This is a team structured in a unique way, ensuring a wide scope of transactional work both domestically and internationally, making it viable to shift their economic focus and weather any market turbulence.

• Support and lead M&A tax transactions as part of the team, contributing to high profile deals.
• Drive the M&A tax department forward with high level technical knowledge, practical business experience and relationship-building mentality.
• Collaborate within a team that has domestic and international scope, enabling a broad transactional workload.
• Participate in progression discussions with the aim of advancing toward Partner level.
