Job Description

• Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Supervise and guide the finance team, fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team.
• Ensure robust financial controls are in place and adhered to across the organisation.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
• Collaborate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting and compliance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

• An ability to attend site visits regularly
