• Partner closely with commercial and operational heads to drive performance
• Lead financial control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow
• Provide forward‑looking insight, margin visibility and contract performance analysis
• Strengthen financial processes, controls and multi‑entity reporting
• Enhance FP&A capability and improve risk & working‑capital understanding
• Act as the conduit between Group Finance and the division, ensuring alignment and consistency

• Strong commercial and financial control experience
• Experience in contracting, construction, engineering or project‑based businesses (nice to have)
• Confident, resilient and able to operate in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment

• Real impact in a key, revenue‑generating division
