Head of Financial Planning Analysis

Head of FP&A | Reading based - Hybrid Working (3 days onsite) | £110,000 – £130,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Stanton House is exclusively retained to appoint a commercially minded, resilient, and highly credible Head of FP&A for a complex, high-profile organisation undergoing significant finance transformation. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will inherit a sizeable team (approximately 30 people), take ownership of reporting and planning outputs, and drive meaningful change across systems, structure, processes, and culture.

• Stabilising and improving reporting quality
• Leading budgeting and forecasting transformation
• Driving better data integrity, analytics, and automation
• Redesigning the FP&A operating model and team structure
• Building credibility with senior stakeholders, including board‑level and external partners

• Is a qualified accountant with experience operating in complex, multi‑entity environments
• Can confidently present, challenge and influence at executive level
