Reading, Forbury (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

• Leading Capex accounting and financial control, including month‑end processes and oncost management
• Producing accurate Capex reporting, forecasting and analysis
• Managing WIP, impairment reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining and improving the fixed asset register and data quality
• Driving governance and compliance, supporting audits and policy adherence
• Partnering with stakeholders to provide insight on Capex performance and investment decisions
• Supporting month‑end across IT, Marketing, and Admin areas

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong experience in Capex, fixed assets, and project accounting
• Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to influence and add commercial value

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy, improving governance, and shaping investment decisions—all while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
