Corporate Tax Manager

The Corporate Tax Manager will oversee corporate tax compliance, reporting, and advisory tasks within the business services industry. This permanent position in Reading offers a chance to lead tax strategies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Manage corporate tax compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategies to optimise financial outcomes.
• Oversee the preparation of tax reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and legislation.
• Support audits and liaise with tax authorities as required.
• Identify and implement opportunities for tax process improvements.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on tax implications for business decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and their impact on the organisation.

• Professional qualifications in accounting or tax (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent).
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Experience in preparing tax reports and managing audits.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting and tax software.
