• Manage a portfolio of high-growth SMEs, OMBs, and mid-market clients across varied sectors.
• Deliver high-impact advice – group restructures, share schemes, corporate transactions, international structuring, and more.
• Work directly with Partners and Directors and play a key role in developing junior staff.
• Leverage the firm’s entrepreneurial spirit and close, long-term client relationships to offer strategic insight, not just technical answers.
• Support the advisory pipeline, flat structure, and culture that encourages progression, flexibility, and trust.
• Progress toward a clear route to Director and beyond.
