Well respected firm in the middle of Reading with a welcoming team and options for hybrid working!
We are working alongside a market leading accountancy practice who are looking for a driven and experienced Tax Manager to join their fantastic team.
You’ll be reporting directly into the Partners, with full responsibility for the firm’s personal tax function, reviewing work completed by the team, and getting hands‑on with complex tax matters.
The role- Manage a portfolio of clients by being the key point of contact, and building strong, lasting relationships
- Support partners with complex tax matters (advisory and compliance work)
- Oversee and review a range of personal tax compliance work completed by the team – self‑assessment tax returns, CGT, IHT, trusts and estates, and more!
- Develop your team – getting involved with recruitment, appraisals, and training
- Monday to Friday, standard working hours
- Hybrid working available after completion of probation
- Salary up to £75k DOE
