Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Privately Owned Businesses & EntrepreneursAre you a Corporate Tax Senior Manager looking for an opportunity to work with some of the UK's most successful privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-growth companies?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Corporate Tax team, advising entrepreneurial clients and privately owned groups on a broad range of complex and commercially focused tax matters. You will play a key role in developing client relationships, leading advisory engagements, and helping business owners navigate key decisions throughout the lifecycle of their businesses.

You will work closely with entrepreneurs, founders, family-owned businesses, and management teams, providing strategic tax advice across areas including business growth, restructuring, acquisitions and disposals, succession planning, and long-term tax strategy.Key responsibilities include:

Leading a portfolio of privately owned businesses and entrepreneurial clients, providing high-quality corporate tax advisory and compliance services

Acting as a trusted advisor to business owners, founders, and senior stakeholders

Identifying and delivering tax planning opportunities and commercially driven solutions

Managing complex advisory projects, including restructures, transactions, and succession planning

Overseeing the delivery of compliance engagements and ensuring technical excellence

Supporting, coaching, and developing junior team members

Contributing to business development activities and the continued growth of the team

About you:

ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant Corporate Tax experience

Strong experience advising privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed groups

Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering advisory projects

Commercially minded with the ability to provide practical, strategic tax advice

Confident leading teams and developing talent

A natural relationship builder with the ambition to play a key role in the growth of a successful practice

This role provides the opportunity to work with a high-quality client base, take ownership of significant advisory work, and play a key role in shaping the future growth of a leading Corporate Tax team, with clear progression opportunities towards Director and Partner level.
