Finance Assistant - 12 Month FTC - up to £31,000 Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be partnering with a well-established business based in Bicester to recruit a Finance Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance team, supporting the day-to-day finance function in a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations.

The Role You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations, including:
Processing sales and purchase invoices Managing employee expenses and company credit card transactions Completing bank reconciliations Supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control activities Preparing supplier payment runs and processing payments Setting up new supplier and customer accounts Responding to finance queries and providing support across the business About You Previous experience in a similar role A good understanding of invoice processing, bank reconciliations and payment processes Credit control experience and strong attention to detail Experience using an ERP or accounting system Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
