Broster Buchanan is partnering with a fast-growing technology scale-up to appoint an Interim Finance Manager in Reading. This hands-on role requires a qualified accountant capable of building structure and controls to support rapid growth.
You will own core finance operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, treasury, payroll oversight, VAT and statutory compliance, and audit readiness, with involvement in future international expansion and new entity set-ups.
