What your day will look like MissionWe are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team, supporting group-wide performance reporting, financial planning and business decision-making. This role plays a key part in helping Finance and business leaders understand performance by turning financial and operational data into clear insights, robust analysis and meaningful reporting.
You will produce high-quality reporting and dashboards, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, develop financial models, and deliver analysis that helps explain business performance and informs strategic decisions.
This role reports into Corporate FP&A Lead.
Main Responsibilities Reporting and Performance Insights- Produceaccurateand insightful monthly,quarterly and ad hoc financial reporting, providing clear commentary on key performance drivers,variance sand emerging trends.
- Build,maintain and continuously improve reporting, dashboards and KPIs that provide the business with clear visibility of financial and commercial performance.
- Analyse large and complex datasets toidentifytrends,risksand opportunities, translating data into meaningful commercial insights and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to understand performance, investigate cost and revenue drivers, and provide financial support for operational decision-making.
- Maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, businesscasesand strategic decision-making.
- Perform scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business performance, test assumptions and support investment and strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting,planning and forecasting processes, implementing enhancements to systems,modelsand data quality to increase efficiency and insight.
- Qualified accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent with post qualification experience
- Previous experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a similar analytical role in high growth tech environments, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Proven experience in SaaS business models and metrics
- Advanced financial modelling skills: P&L, cash flow, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and business case modelling
- Strong understanding of core finance concepts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, accruals and financial reporting.
- High proficiency with financial systems and data
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented; able to navigate complex datasets and reconcile to source-of-truth systems
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to present complex analysis concisely
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset; thrives in ambiguity and builds structure in fast-moving environments
- Experience working in PE-backed businesses and comfort operating in investor-grade cadence and scrutiny
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, fintech or other high-growth business.
- Experience using BI and data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL
- Exposure to FP&A platforms such as Pigment
- Experience partnering with data or engineering teams to improve reporting and data quality.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and an interest in using technology to improve analysis and reporting
