Graduate Town Planner​/Town Planner

This role provides exposure to a broad mix of development work, from residential‑led schemes to employment, infrastructure and sensitive countryside projects, all within easy reach of London and the wider South East.

You will support planning projects from early‑stage strategy through to determination, working closely with colleagues, local authorities and stakeholders across Berkshire and the surrounding counties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications
• Supporting consultation processes and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborating with design teams and planning officers to progress schemes

• A diverse Berkshire‑based project portfolio combining rural and growth‑area development
• Hybrid working alongside structured CPD investment
• Clear career progression aligned to your professional goals

• A planning‑related degree with 1–3 years’ experience in consultancy or local authority
• Strong written, analytical and research skills
