This role is a hybrid opportunity, offering 1-2 days working from home.
What You’ll Do- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Technology cost management processes and ways of working (WoW).
- Manage and maintain the Technology PO requisition process, including documentation, cost centres, and project codes.
- Oversee cost tracking activities in Soft Co, including PO creation, accruals, ageing items, and period‑end processes.
- Ensure accurate PO management by working with teams to review reports, close fully utilised POs, and resolve invoicing issues.
- Act as a key contact for stakeholders, coordinating communication, managing the cost management mailbox, and collaborating with Finance and Procurement.
- Support vendor onboarding (via Zip), training initiatives, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrates 1–2 years of experience in administrative, finance, procurement, or vendor management roles, with strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, variances, and issues in financial data.
- Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with confidence in handling and analysing large datasets.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, building strong stakeholder relationships and collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, acting as a proactive and professional team player with the confidence to appropriately challenge stakeholders when needed.
- Possesses advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of ERP or financial systems such as Oracle or Soft Co considered advantageous.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on process improvement, prioritisation, and driving operational efficiency in fast‑paced environments.
