Reading Borough Council is seeking a Service Improvement and Strategy Lead Officer for Adult Social Care to develop and implement an improvement framework aligned with best practice and ready for future CQC inspections. You will lead on strategy, policy development, and continuous service improvement across teams.
You’ll work with senior managers, partners, and stakeholders to turn data into action, drive transformation, and embed learning with measurable outcomes.
