• Provide individual and group support to service users, enabling them to overcome substance misuse challenges and sustain recovery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual in your caseload.
• Collaborate with various professionals including healthcare providers, social workers, and mental health specialists to ensure holistic support.
• Facilitate needle exchange programs and deliver harm reduction advice to minimise risks associated with substance misuse.

Requirements for the role of Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator: To excel in this role, you should have recent experience in Substance Misuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol support, Needle Exchange, or Recovery. Relevant qualifications or certifications in these areas are essential.
