A healthcare provider in Reading is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support the Compliance Manager with complaints, health and safety protocols, and running reports. The role requires high attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. A full driving license and access to a car is essential, alongside a degree and two years of administrative experience, preferably within the NHS or social care.

This position offers flexible hours over four or five days a week.
