A prominent NHS trust in the UK is seeking an Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator to join their Ophthalmology team. The successful candidate will manage the patient pathway from referral to discharge and provide support to clinical and non-clinical staff. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative processes and ensuring high levels of satisfaction among patients and clinicians. The candidate should have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, and experience in customer service or scheduling.

This position offers a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598 plus a fringe payment.
