Creative Support is looking for care staff in Reading, Berkshire, to provide relief support shifts for people with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting in daily living activities and helping patients gain independence.
Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months care experience and a proven ability to adapt quickly to new environments. This role is not open to sponsorship under the UKVI scheme.
