Key duties- Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding assistance
- Medication administration
- Assisting and participating in residents’ daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures
- Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Attending and completing training as required

Little Heath Court is a bespoke service for young people with autism and/or complex needs, supporting them in transition to adulthood and independent living. The home offers communal spaces, leisure rooms, creative areas, a garden with a trampoline, and a wheelchair‑accessible nature trail. Residents participate in individual and group activities, including board games, tapestry‑making, reflexology, swimming, cycling, horse riding, country walks, and social events such as afternoon teas for visiting families.
