Job PurposeKuble Care is looking for caring, energetic and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team in Reading. This role involves providing dedicated 2:1 support to younger adults, helping them live fulfilling, independent and enjoyable lives.
PayThe rates vary from £16 to £20 per hour.
Working HoursFull time and part time positions are available 9am to 6pm, including some weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality 2:1 support to younger adults
- Support individuals in accessing the local Reading community
- Encourage participation in fun, engaging, and meaningful activities
- Build positive relationships based on trust, respect, and dignity
- Promote independence, confidence, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

- Full UK driving licence (Drive your own car OR the clients car)
