𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴
This is a clinical training and support role where you'll play a key part in supporting the sales process through expert product knowledge and education.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering training and education sessions to theatre staff on the company's orthopaedic product portfolio
- Providing clinical support during surgical procedures
- Supporting cases in theatre, working directly alongside surgeons and clinical teams
- Offering technical expertise and guidance on specialist orthopaedic devices and equipment
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clinicians across your territory
Full training will be provided.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
To be successful in this role, you must have a clinical background gained as one of the following:
- Physiotherapist
- Clinical Nurse / Scrub Nurse
- Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:
- A full UK driving licence
- Confidence working with complex surgical devices and equipment within a theatre environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated, resilient and hard-working approach
- A dynamic and engaging personality with strong personal credibility
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career within the medical device industry, where your effort and performance directly influence your success
