The apprentices will; attend university for classroom-based teaching and complete academic assignments and fulfil all university requirements, and attend assessed clinical placements across the Trust and community settings.

Apprentices will be paid a Band 3 salary during the duration of the programme. There will be an expectation that on completion of the programme when registration with the NMC is obtained that apprentices will work in the Trust for a minimum period of two years.
