Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 8a Lead Pharmacist to join the ICU and Theatres teams. The post provides advanced clinical leadership and medicines optimisation across ICU, Theatres and medical wards within a busy acute hospital.
You will drive governance, lead service development, support workforce capability, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care, flow and safety.
