Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced pharmacist to join the ICU and Theatres as Lead Pharmacist (Band 8a). The role provides advanced clinical leadership and specialist pharmaceutical care across ICU and Theatres within a busy acute hospital.
The post holder will work with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medicines use, support patient flow and lead service transformation aligned with national priorities. Strong leadership and clinical governance skills are essential.
