Together UK is seeking a reliable Wellbeing Worker for the Reading Community Outreach Service. The role is part-time (15 hours per week) with shifts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 2:00pm to 7:00pm.
The post focuses on providing person-centred mental health and wellbeing support to individuals in the Reading area. You will work to promote empowerment, choice and independence, recording interactions and managing referrals within Together's digital systems.
