Creative Support is recruiting Mental Health Recovery Workers for our Mental Health Supported Accommodation Services in Reading. As a Relief/Bank staff member you will help service users develop daily living skills, access education and activities, and build confidence and coping skills.
You will work within person-centred plans and risk-management guidelines to support recovery and well-being, in a supportive team environment. Fluency in English and prior mental health experience are essential.
