Community Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support a vulnerable gentleman in his day-to-day life with person-centred care and independence. The role focuses on building real connection through daily activities, personal care and safe medication administration.
You will work with supported living arrangements and engage in daily activities, with shifts covering early and night periods.
