Dimensions is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker in Reading (RG2) to support four ladies aged 30s–50s with learning disabilities and epilepsy. The role emphasizes person-centred care, daily living assistance, and active participation in community activities.
Shifts run 7:00–14:00, 14:00–21:00, with alternate weekends and optional sleep-ins paid £50. Full training is provided, and a supportive team environment is offered.
