Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Reading is seeking a Registered Nurse or Paramedic to join our Reading Urgent Community Response and Virtual Ward Team. The post holder will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide urgent community support and virtual management at patients' homes rather than hospital admission.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, 8am–8pm, 7 days a week including weekends, based at Bath Road, Reading.
